    We chose this hotel due to location and to an online travel website's star ratings...it was very disapointing. we arrived a little after midnight and waited for over ...

    We chose this hotel due to location and to an online travel website's star ratings...it was very disapointing. We arrived a little after midnight and waited for over 5 minutes for someone to answer the locked front door. The desk was manned by a women doing the laundry. The halls smelled of sour disinfectant and so did the room.

    The hotel must have improved on the roaches because i did not see any. i reserved a two room suite on line and when i got to the hotel, they ...

    The hotel must have improved on the roaches because I did not see any. I reserved a two room suite on line and when I got to the hotel, they indicated that the on line reservation was incorrect. However, they did all they could to accommodate us. In stead of a two room suite, I got two separate rooms, side by side. Thanks for going above and beyond.
