I was pleased with the hotel and location. There was a ventilation problem and the 4th floor constantly smelled like bacon. Starting at 0600 which woke everyone up. The waiter in the re-located "sports bar" was very rude and a fellow customer reported his behavior. He immediately changed his demeanor but we all felt that in this competitive market, everything is noticed. I thought the food was good and it helped to not have to drive and find a parking spot just to eat. The breakfast price was ridiculous. My husband is diabetic so he walked into town for breakfast for a decent price.

This was a great place to stay, relatively close to Mt. Rushmore and only 4 short blocks to the town of Deadwood. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay however do not know why at checkout our card was charged $7.95 per day + tax for the resort fee. You got nothing for this and if they want to charge a fee they should include it in the room rate. Seemed like a bit of a rip off, even in places like Reno, NV they do not charge that amount for a resort fee.

Our second time visiting Cadillac Jacks, came back because the first visit was a good experience Room comfortable, keep very clean Restaurant needs a new menu, is a small room, temperature was very cold, complained several times but that didn't help Casino a lot of fun, but also was very cold If returning to Deadwood would stay here again

Breakfast not acceptable. Bed was wonderful. Room could have been cleaner.
