overall cleanliness not up to par. elevator appeared to have never been cleaned along with hallway carpets.

The hotel and room were nice. It needs more directional signage for parking because its difficult to figure out upon arrival. When we checked in there were 3 customers in line with 1 person at the desk. By the time it was our turn to check in the clerk was flustered. I asked one question during check in, "where is the ice machine",and he just pointed in a direction. I credited it to the work load but when I asked the morning desk clerk a question about internet service they were the same way and not very helpful.

Our room was clean, but nothing special. The door to our room stuck and only my teenagers were able to get it opened. The pool was right next to the road and parking and was not too clean so we didn't use it.

We stayed here because they have 2 queen beds in their room and we had a large party that we needed to accomodate in multiple rooms. Their rooms are well equipped with big-screen TV's, Microwaves and refrigerators. They have some significant technical issues and complete lack of concern about them from the staff. Their room keys mysteriously quit working - 6 keys on this trip. Their elevator quit working twice on this trip - 2 consecutive days and the response from the desk person was ""yes we know"". When I told her we had a handicapped person on the 3rd floor that would have to use the stairs and asked when it would be working she nonchalantly answered well the technician gets in at 8 so sometime after that. I will not be staying here again!
