    We were treated courteously. the room was clean. we were given coupons for free breakfasts. would like to have had a gym and/or hot tub.

    I have stayed in this hotel for the last 4 or 5 months and i have seen it go from really nice to dirty, insects infestation,stains on carpets in ...

    I have stayed in this hotel for the last 4 or 5 months and I have seen it go from really nice to dirty, insects infestation,stains on carpets in rooms and hallways, Ice makers not working...... I am finding somewhere else to stay this month.

    Advertised ""brand new"" -- it is not!! dirty carpets in hallway & room. cleaning crew entered room unannounced in am. no apoligy - desk clerk said that was ok. nice breakfast.
