The hotel is is located on the main strip right next to the aquarium and the main trolley stop. It's is an older hotel but has been maintained very well for its age. Any hotel located in the main down town area will be an older one. After I seen some of the other places I almost booked I was even happier with my choice. Once we arrived and parked we did not drive again the entire trip you do NOT want to try to drive and park in down town. We really enjoyed the river running right outside our window and the kids liked watching the ducks. The free breakfast was good and more than just cereal. They offered fresh waffles,eggs,biscuits ,sausage gravy and bacon also cold selections. The thing that stood out the most was the lady that was preparing the breakfast,the day we were leaving gave each of my kids a goodie to go bag with some fruit, muffins and some snakes for our 10 hour trip home. It really nice and thoughtful of her.

Decent hotel, easy walk to G'burg strip, nice mountain stream running right by rooms. Would definitely stay there again.

best trip ever to the smokies,first time we saw heavy snow on the mountains..

Really loved the room only bad thing was the noisy people above us their kids never stopped running around. I know kids will be kids. The room was very clean,bed was wonderful.Very comfortable stay.Staff was very helpful Hope to go back some day. Thanks
