When we arrived with family of four, we had booked a room with two doubles but room only had ONE double bed. When i called desk to ask for room switch "none available." When i asked for roll away bed, "None available." When i asked for extra linens for the kids who'd need to sleep on the floor, was told "we dont provide extra linens for guests who choose to sleep on the flooor." The other family we traveled with thought they had booked a room with king and pull-out couch for 5 guests. When they arrived, room only had king bed, no pull-out. So WATCH OUT! Your definition of a standard room might not match the hotels definition of a standard room.

Sometimes its the little things that matter. Sometimes those things are positive, sometimes they are negative.
When checking in I did not received my frequent stayer goody bag. No big deal, except when I was at the front desk they gave out the bags to a couple other people. Oversight... just a little thing.
There was an elevator just on the other side of the lobby, but the person checking me in suggested that I park on the other side of the hotel and take the elevator on that side because it was closer to my room. It was not, the lobby elevator was much closer. No biggie... just a little thing.
When I finally got to my room it did not have a do not disturb door sign. So I called the front desk and they said to come on down and get one. Except when I got down there they did not have one and did not have a key to get to where they are. Once again, just a little thing. They later provided it.
I was going to wash a load of clothes, and needed some laundry soap, once again the front desk said they had some I could purchase and to come on down. Problem is, once I got down there, she searched, went down the hall, but could not find any and said that she did not have a key to where it was stored. Once again... just a little thing. The person at the front desk in the morning said the same thing, but reached into a drawer got the key, walked 10 feet -- the opposite direction of the evening front desk person -- opened the door and brought me some soap.
There were just a few little things that were irritating and by themselves were non-issues. Stuff happens.
The bed was simply not comfortable. It did not help that I had stayed in an awesome (same rating, similar rate, different brand, different city) hotel the night before with a bed that I would have loved to take home with me. And their service was far superior as well.
With all that being said... except for the bed, they were ALL just little things. It was a pretty, well maintained hotel, in a good location, with very friendly - if uninformed - staff. Nothing was bad enough to keep me from staying here again when in town... But neither can a rave about how wonderful the stay was.
With lowered expectations, I can still recommend them if you are in the area.
