The Comfort Inn Sandy is a very low quality hotel for the price. It is not worth the few dollars in savings you may get if you choose to stay there instead of another hotel nearby. We spent one night in this hotel and ended up getting one of the worst night's sleep ever. Unfortunately, the walls have very minimal sound-proofing (actually no sound-proofing at all), and we were kept awake by a couple in the room next to us. We have stayed in hotel rooms in the past in which you can hear muffled voices in the rooms next door. In this hotel, the voices weren't even muffled. Overall, the room was dirty, poorly decorated, and not well taken care of. We recommend that you not stay at this hotel if given the choice. There are many others in the area that would be much better choices.

This is was my second time to stay at this hotel and it was worth what I paid for. The location is next to the freeway which is great for easy access and yes can be a bit of a scary location, but I have not had a problem. The room is older looking, but it was clean and good for the 1 night stays I have had there. I would definitely stay there again.

I am not a picky person when it comes to staying somewhere overnight. I am content with a shower, a bed, and always consider a light breakfast a plus. This hotel is a hole, I would never stay there again. It is back in a seedy part of town, I took everything in my car out with me for fear it would be stolen. The kids also drag race right behind the hotel.

My biggest complaint is that this hotel was DIRTY. The carpets were worn and VERY stained. The mirror area had a huge hair ball (out of a brush) in the sink, the bath room had lots of hair (not the kind out of a brush) all over the floor and in the shower. I didn't dare look at the sheets before I got in.

I attempted to eat at the continental breakfast the next morning, the room was much too small. There were lots of people waiting at the waffle iron because the mix had ran out. You don't actually eat in the rood with the food, you have to walk down the hall. When I got to that room the garbage can was over flowing, tables were not cleaned off, and when they finally did come get a new garbage bag they left the old one in a janitorial closet that smelled like they stored all the garbage there, and left the door open into tte breakfast room. I gave up and grabbed a McDonalds breakfast.

This place is incredibly dirty, I would not stay here again regardless of the price.

While the room was large and spacious the carpet was filthy. The sofa sleeper was old and worn and looked like it needed to be cleaned. The swimming pool was ok but the spa had a weird smell. When we went down to breakfast there was nothing to eat but a couple of waffles. Not enough for even our family.
