    Checkin staff was untrained in dealing with internet reservations and their own internal checkin process. after 30 min i was finally able to go to the room. the hotel was ...

    Checkin staff was untrained in dealing with Internet reservations and their own internal checkin process. After 30 min I was finally able to go to the room. The hotel was going to charge my credit card even though I explained that X had already charged my card. The room and the bathroom were clean and comfortable.

    I was extremely disappointed in the hotel & facilities. ruther glen no longer exists on the exits off 95 & is billed carmel church.
