I entered to the aroma of fresh baked cookies. The check in process was fast, friendly and efficient. My room was not modern but clean and very comfortable. The housekeeping staff was friendly. Basic breakfast cold items were available. No hot items. Check out was fast, friendly too. There was a party going on in the room across from me until well after 3 am. I think it should have been stopped by the night manager well before then.

The Microtel was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was not that great, but was ok. The beds were extremely comfortable, soft yet firm. The tv was an old model and the volume did not go up that high. the room was clean, smelled nice, and it offered an in room safe. I think that the staff was incredible. They were friendly, took time to answer questions, and were very happy to get us an extra pillow. The shower had excellent water pressure and although it was an old shower head it felt wonderful. I had family stay at a hotel down the road and they said that there was a dead bug in one bed and the beds were hard as a rock.

If you are looking for a 1 night value hotel it was OK. Staff was friendly .The AC was one of those on and off noisy units. Bath towels felt on the thin side but OK. The toilet had a slow leak into the bowl so the water was hissing and could be heard once evrything was quiet.Closed the bathroom door to dampen the sound.Upon checkout I mentioned this to the desk and they took out a form to alert maintance.Some places just say they will get it fix but you get the feeling it goes in one ear and out the other.

Difficult to locate. GPS locates shown by two different makes of GPS which I was using brought me to a different location which was somewhere in the middle of a wooded area out of sight of any businesses or residences. The room provided was nowhere close to what is represented in the website photos.l
