When the renovations are done this will be a nice stay. The plumbing is stacked forcing them to be working on all floors at the same time, what a mess. Drywall dust everywhere and hard to get around that. The staff is still great attending to all your needs and I feel bad for them trying to keep guests happy while all this is going on.

Had a wonderful time. Good location. Being 5 minutes away from the monterail system was awesome. Could get to downtown in 1/2 hour. Would recommend that Housekeeping be able to speak and read English. Left note that I needed some things done and got no response. Reported it to the front desk and no response. My husband saw the plumber downstairs and he immediately came up and fixed the bathtub and sink (wasn't draining properly). People at the hotel were warm and friendly. Recommend if they could find a way to make the air conditioning quieter. Couldn't sleep well with it being on and it got too hot at night without being able to open any windows.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. Even though I checked in early, I was easily accommodated, which was a relief since I was going to be leaving the hotel at 5:00 AM. I used the business center to check in for my flight and while the printer was out of toner, Galina very cheerfully printed out my boarding pass for me. I had a great burger and fries from the Seven Hills Grille, nicely packaged for me to take back to the room. (Eating dinner alone is not one of my favorite things to do.) The property is well maintained with just one criticism. I heard a whistling noise and discovered that it was coming from the single paned sliding window, which I believe to be original to the hotel. I discovered that the window latch was broken and air was coming in. It might be time to replace the windows with newer double paned windows. Oh, and I found it odd that Sunday afternoon was chosen to shampoo the carpets. Other than that, the hotel was a good value for the money and I would certainly recommend it and would stay there again.

Room rate apeared to be a good deal until I show up and they burn me for an extra *$16* a day plus tax for parking!!! Add that to the room rate and I could have done a lot better than an old Holiday Inn for the money. When I asked why they didn't reveal the charge on the website, they tell me it says "Hotel specific charges may apply".... Would that allow them to charge me extra if I wanted to actually sleep in the bed???? Room was TINY, although the bed was comfy. Walls were thin, AC was noisy. Also, the breakfast is ridiculously expensive. At least Denny's is walking distance.

  • cozy bed, quiet, clean. Lot of money for a smalll room.THey burn you for parking.

Way to much for a cramped room. One more thing, once you come to grips with the price for a tiny room (which looks big in the online pics), realize that if you have a car, you're gonna have a nasty parking fee. Get a room just a bit further down the road, and this is not the case. I won't be back.
