    We have stayed at this hotel certain times, but this time was very below average. customer service was horrible! the wi-fi wasn't working!

    The rooms are nicely appointed but small. appreciated the free basic internet with option to pay for upgrade if i needed it.

    Although we were only able to getaway for one night, it was a great hotel with wonderful staff! our room was perfect and the location on the river was awesome!
