The hotel staff were welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The hotel provides much more than basic needs. A comfortable stay. Thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the suite I booked. Everything was clean and comfortable. Everything functioned the way I would expect. When i checked in, the gentleman that helped me went out of his way to accommodate me.... He gave me the times for their free breakfast buffet and I causally mentioned that I would be leaving in the morning too early to take advantage of it...he offered to prepare a "to go" bag of some breakfast items for me.... this balanced the fact that he forgot my wake-up call and I almost missed my return flight the next morning. The only other "con" was when I met some business associates in the well appointed meeting area of the hotel lobby. Spiderman was playing on their large TV over the fireplace in Spanish...we asked the hotel staff to turn it off, or decrease the volume (we were the only ones in the lobby at the time) and nothing was ever done..... It was extremely easy to get to PDX the next morning and there are lots of good restaurants, shopping, etc. nearby. One note: If you are coming to this hotel from the south, approaching it from the 205 is a lot simpler and less confusing than approaching it from the 5 fwy.

The staff was nice. Great room. The room was huge....two bedroom suite. Pool was closed bummer.

Food quality in am needs to be better... Last visit was horrible due to issue over mattress pad, but this visit better.
