It's always a little scarey to book online without seeing the area or hotel. Well I have to say we were not disappointed. The hotel was just blocks away from downtown and shopping. There was a rodeo in town when we visited and we drove just a short distance to that.
The room looked like it had been newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was really nice with granite counter tops. My daughter used the pool. It was alittle small but she loved it. There were even nice robes in the room to wear while walking to the pool.
Breakfast in the morning which was included in the room price was a continental breakfast. They kept it well stocked so if you came down to breakfast close to the time it was ending you didn't feel like you were getting everyone's left overs. We really enjoyed this hotel and if we are ever in Jackson Hole again we would definately stay there.

The Parkway Inn is a great place to stay. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is away from all the congestion of downtown Jackson, but within easy walking distance of any area in downtown. The Inn is attractive, both inside and out, immaculately clean, comfortable and quiet. It sits at the base of the hills at the edge of the city. If I ever visit Jackson Hole again, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We actually stayed here twice. Planning ahead we reserved a room on the way to Yellowstone and stayed in a recently renovated room which was very cozy. A severe snow storm altered our plans and we called very late in the evening on the way out and arranged a late arrival. This sizable room too had been renovated with traditional wood furniture and a warm atmosphere. Clean and very comfortable! In both cases the staff was more than accommodating and made a special effort to provide access after the office had closed for the evening.
Breakfast included cereals, milk, juice, bagels, sweet rolls, coffee, etc. Not lavish but nicely done.
As others have mentioned it is just two short blocks for the center of town so it is easy to find and convenient.

This Inn is not too far from the main square, easily within walking distance. The rooms are very "homey"; decorated with beautiful quilts and antique furniture. The beds were average and the pillows could've been softer. The bathroom was kind of small but clean. The continental breakfast was adequate and we didn't mind pre-ordering our breakfast the night before. Everything that we ordered was set out at our appointed time in a darling breakfast area. For the price we paid, this was a nice place to stay. The exercise room was quite nice and had plenty of machines, free weights, universal gym, etc. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the pool, but it looked very clean and the hot tub looked so inviting. I would recommend this Inn. We got alot for the price we paid.
