    We booked the hotel room for 4 people and they gave us 3 towels everyday, and enough shampoo and conditioner for one person. also the beds are extremely hard and ...

    We booked the hotel room for 4 people and they gave us 3 towels everyday, and enough shampoo and conditioner for one person. Also the beds are EXTREMELY hard and the pool is only opened from 4:00 pm until 10:00 pm! The walls are NOT sound proof!!!! Enough said on that issue! The management was very rude and they told us they would not take a debit card or cash for a deposit after the room was completely paid for on a credit card! THE HOTEL IS NOT IN MONTREAL IT IS LOCATED AN HOUR OUTSIDE MONTREAL
