we stay in Estes park at least one night a year during Scottish festival and although this hotel was under renovation the rooms were clean the staff was friendly and the breakfast was fresh. I'm sure as the renovations complete and they get the complex to where they want it they will have an extremely nice facility and a great place for a good enjoyable stay.

I put this overnight stay together at almost the last minute, so we didn't have a lot of options. Overall, we were pleased with our stay, but were disappointed that the windows couldn't be opened to let in the crisp Colorado air.
We also found an empty cup under the bed the following morning -- left by a previous guest. I chose NOT to poke around to see what else there might be under there. Curtain showed wear, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, but I appreciated the heat lamp after showering.
The hotel was quiet and breakfast the next morning was yummy. I recommend getting down to breakfast early if you want waffles -- a line formed shortly after we baked ours!
