Hotel management seemed not concerned with 43 rooms being rented during the holiday period of 2007. Service ended on morning of 24 December and rooms were left as they were until several clients, to include myself complained. Two people were brought in for 25 Dec 2007 when limited service was provided. Food staff was overwhelmed by the poor planning ofthe hotel management staff. The cooks said they were told to prepare for the 43 rooms at 2X occupancy, yet during the holidays the experience indicated it was 3X or more like 4X per room. I complemented the cook in front of the manager of the day, who did not get the comments!
I'll drive up the road a l;ittle further and try another hotel.
Keep on driving another 10 mins and you might have a better experience.
