We have found the location alone is worth the money, so close to the beach and boardwalk. They give you an umbrella and 2 chairs per room for the beach. The pool is refreshing after a hot day on the sand. The Tiki bar is convinent for a quick adult beverage.
The rooms are adequate, we always get an ocean front or view room and the staff have always been helpful and welcoming. Internet service does not work unless in the hotel lobby but that is not an issue for me as we come for the beach.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just on the board walk! The service is below average. Rooms are convenient (there is a separate room with sofa, TV and desk), but the sound isolation is poor. Wifi worked only on the 1st day of our stay.

Great place to stay overall. The rooms are very pricey for what you get, but this is clearly the best place to stay within Rehoboth Beach. Excellent location, great pool area and poolside (kinda) bar are the highlights of this establishment. The housekeeping is a little "iffy", as this past stay I had to request multiple times to have my towels replaced and picked up. Customer Service is generally acceptable. Until something better comes along, this will be the location of choice for me while in Rehoboth.
