We were in a 1 bed room suite. Everything was average or above except for the bathroom. It was raised up a step up from the rest of the room which made it a little trickey. The bathroom was old and in need of a remodel. The tub had been painted and the paint was flaking off. It was rusty around the drain and edge of the tub. The wall cover around the tub also had the paint coming off. The bath had a pedestal sink and no place to put toileteries. There were blow flies in the bath when we got there. The kitchen seemed like an after thought as it was in the hall way between the living area and bath.

Pros- Historic old building. Restaurant on site. Grocery store across the street. Beach is a 10 min. walk away. Restaurants & shops on the block. The staff is very nice. Our bed was quite comfy.
Cons- Our room was in need of a deep cleaning and remodeling. The windows and blinds were filthy. Carpets dirty and not vacuumed. Very run down. Parts of windows missing and "fixed" by stuffing paper towels in the holes. The A/C unit blew directly on us all night-2ft away. If u turned it off you were roasting. You can find much better options for the $. Thumbs down. The glowing reviews must be written by the owners.

The Bradley Park Hotel is a step back in time. Built in the 1920s and originally an apartment building, the rooms are huge by hotel standards with full kitchens and living rooms along with bedrooms. Baths are quaint and small as they were when the place was first built.
Aiding the kitchen is the fact that you are across the street from a supermarket. There is a restaurant on site as well as several eating and shopping places in walking distance.
The Bradley Park Hotel is in the residential part of Palm Beach. For this reason it is quieter than some other parts of the island.
Rates tend to gyrate with demand. Sometimes a family will rent most of the building for a wedding party. There is no front desk service after 11:00. I believe the owners live in the building. Security is maintained by the key cards. I would guess there are fewer than 40 rooms.
I have been to the Bradley Park several times. I have never been in the middle of summer. All rooms have wall A/C units. This is not the end of the world but they do tend to work harder in summer.
The courtyard in the front of the building is wonderful. You can take pastries and coffee down and read the paper there. Altogether a most civilized experience. Often at a bargain price.
