Great hotel in a great location. We enjoyed the walk to the plaza but the hotel also offered free shuttle service to any location within a mile of the hotel. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. Our only criticism is a lack of free space in our room in the Hacienda. From the butlers to the welcomed and relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel, the Hacienda was unlike any hotel we have ever stayed at.

We like the Hacienda at Hotel Santa Fe because of its comfort,cleanliness, and accessible location. The staff and service are always excellent, and if anything needs attention, they are happy to correct it. The breakfast included at the Hacienda is simple, and great fresh fruit always available. It is offered in an upstairs lounge, where complimentary snacks are available in the early evening. More elaborate breakfast and good quality food available at the restaurant in the main hotel. The entire hotel is furnished in Native style and colors, with beautiful artwork along the halls of the Hacienda. A very soothing atmosphere to complete the Santa Fe experience.
