This hotel met all my needs as the employees were nice and the manager gave me a room quick and easy without hassle.

The two room safety door locks were missing, no coffee or tea making facilities in the room, no breakfast, no microwave oven, this non-smoking room had an entrenched stale nicotine odour, the bedding was well past its use by date and to conserve space the mid-sized refrigerator sat on top of the desk. In nine weeks of traveling I've paid half the price for accommodation that was three times the value of this room

After spending a whole day in the blistering heat attending a car show at Chilhowee Park, I walked back to this hotel (less than a block) to a relaxing room. The hotel was a great price for the quality and had everything I needed. The people were also friendly and I enjoyed my stay.

Our room must have been a crack room. The room was filthy, smelled terrible and section 8 housing. We did not even stay because of the above and safety issues. Would not refund our money . Charged us any way Travelagent was no help at all. We wre raked over the coals.
