    While the hotel has a good location, it is just not a four star hotel. the sink was a stopped up, the room safe was broken, one of only two ...

    While the hotel has a good location, it is just not a four star hotel. The sink was a stopped up, The room safe was broken, one of only two lifts worked, carpet on stairs worn thread bare, restaurant couldn't remember our order -- we have stayed in much better three star hotels throughout the UK. If you think you are getting a good deal on a four star hotel, you are really getting an average deal on a three star hotel, at best.
