Staff could be a bit more friendly. Fairly close to shopping areas and other sites for businesses.

I loved this Hotel! Great deal! Not too pricey and it felt almost luxorious. Very relaxing and I enjoyed coming home to it at the end of our long days. It was very clean. The pool was a really great bonus. They also have a beutiful patio outside of the lobby to hang out, spend time with friends or family that may be traveling with you. They have a pretty decent workout room, with guest towels and guest laundry. It was quiet and in a nice area, just a little bit out of the major parts of the city and downtown but not a far drive. There is a nice bar, lobby and eating area. There is a Starbucks down the road for those early mornings. The front desk was friendly and quick. I will definitely being staying at this hotel next time I am in Atlanta which I hope is soon!!

My recent stay in early June 2009 found that the hotel no longer serves lunch or dinner. They still offer buffet breakfast but at over $12/pp seemed a little high. They no longer have USA Today delivered to your hotel room door and the papers in the lobby were gone by 8:30 a.m. Users of ATT wireless service be ware- there is little to no connectivity at this hotel. The WI-FI wireless internet service is sporadic but they offer no wired alternative. At 2:30 this morning the alarm came on in the room next to mine. I called the front desk repeatedly to have someone shut it off but no one ever answered the phone. Fortunately the fan for the A/C was so loud it drowned out the alarm. I have made my last visit to this hotel as it is too difficult to stay current and work while I am here.

My friends and I planned a Girls' Weekend. At check-in, the customer service person was rude and treated us as though we were bothering her. We did not address that issue and the stay was downhill from there. The matress pad on one bed was old and uncomfortable. Towel and room cleaning requests weren't granted. We tried to stay away from the hotel as much as possible. We even got our morning coffee from the gas station across the street-coffee maker unclean. I booked the hotel, so my friends were upset with me.
