    This was a good room at a comparatively reasonable rate. The rooms were not huge, opened directly to the outside, had window HVAC units and supported with a down home staff. Clean. Functional. I liked it. A quick drive to harbor but not a lot of immedate dining choices at hotel. Chamber of Commerce/visitors center next door. Breakfast was pastries, cereal and 1 hot item - SOS. Worth a return.

    Room was small. Air conditioning was loud. Ice machines were not readily accessible. Continental breakfast was bare minimum. Easy access to Boothbay Harbor but next time will spend a few more $$ and stay in Boothbay.

    Though this motel is older, the accomodations are very adequate and clean. We enjoyed a better than expected continental breakfast with all the usual, plus flavored coffee. The employees were very friendly and helpful with suggestions and directions. I would definately stay again.
