    We were traveling on a budget and it was with some trepidation we booked at the Travelers' Inn, thinking that such low prices would mean a corresponding lack in quality. Our room was immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast (esp. the bananas!) was just the way to start the day. Truly, this place seems an excellent value!

    This is an old delapitated motel from the 60s. The rooms have have a very musty smell and the walls are paper thin. I am shocked that AAA even has this place on their list. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

    My husband and I spent two week nights in January. The room was a basic room with microwave and fridge-very clean and roomy. Close tomany places to eat. Staff was friendly and helpful.

    Good Value for an overpriced area... I traveled 8 miles up the road from Freeport and saved $25. This is an older motel, thus the rooms are 50% larger. I found the rooms to be well appointed (fridge, microwave, hair dryer - except no coffee maker - they offer free continental breakfast) and very clean. The service at the front desk was great and check-in quick and painless. On the downside, you are on Hwy 1 thus the traffic noise is intense and I recommended an upstairs room as you can hear the occupants above you walk the floors.
