    Great price for the location in the heart of the"Oakland Area". Very close to Forbes Ave where everything is located around. Great staff and a free shuttle that will drop you off and pick you up in the Oakland Area only, nice bonus.

    This hotel is a little dated but it is clean. the room was comfortable and the best part is having a panera bread attached.

    Comfortable and safe place for one night. parking lot is well lit and the staff are very pleasant. no hotel resturant but a panera bread was onsite. a welcome change.

    The staff was extremely helpful with directions and maps. the resturant attached was great for breakfast and even though i checked out in the morning they were fine with me ...

    The staff was extremely helpful with directions and maps. The resturant attached was great for breakfast and even though I checked out in the morning they were fine with me leaving my vehicle in thier parking lot when I walked to my appointment Thanks for the hospitality.

    Staff was very friendly and proactive. I had a smoking room with a queen bed that was comfortable. The room was clean, but seemed a little small. There was not much of a view. It's not located in central downtown but it is convenient to downtown by car. The public transit bus is an option, but it is a good 2-3 block walk to the bus stop. There is a Panerra Bread restaurant downstairs that is nice to have if it's cold outside. It feels like the hotel more for people visiting the surrounding Oakland area and the hospitals, then downtown.
