The only thing I was concern is the elevator was on the street and anyone can access to the room. but the staff come around and check it so often.
Location is good, swimming pool , hot tub and lounge by the beach... wonderful. I will come back.
The internet is slow

My wife and I love both the Dayton House and Myrtle Beach.
Since 1995 we have stayed at the Dayton House every time we come to Myrtle Beach. The Hotel is constantly being updated with new furnishings. The Staff puts forth the effort to make sure that every stay is an enjoyable one. They are friendly, courteous, and well trained. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the beds and furnishings are well kept. The Grounds are well kept. When we pull into their parking lot it feels like we have arrived at the home of a trusted friend.
Enjoyed our stay very much. We would stay there again.

A very nice ocean front hotel. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. Just a short walk to the new boardwalk at Pier 14. Has a huge backyard with plenty of chairs and tables with umbrellas. Nice pools and hot tubs.

This hotel was just right! Everything was awesome! The view, the pools, service, etc.. was excellent. It's set around a lot of restaurants, stores, and attractions and all is within walking distance which makes it great! I will be returning with my children in July 2013 and trust me, the will have a ball!
