This was our second time staying at Red Feather Lodge. Good value for your money . Very friendly staff. Very clean . Loved the decor in the loby and reception. Comfy furniture. and very rustic. The decor suited the Grand Canyon area . Grand canyon very close. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We went for a great breakfast to a restaurant on the property. Great food large portions. If ever we are in the area again we will definately stay at the Red Feather Lodge again.
The service is friendly and courteous.
the bathroom was not very clean. the toilet was moldy, slow and clogs easily. ammenities are very basic, not even a shower cap. for ...

The bathroom was not very clean. The toilet was moldy, slow and clogs easily. Ammenities are very basic, not even a shower cap. For the love of God, ask for a room upstairs. The ceiling downstairs is thin. We can hear every step the people upstairs take.
Certain section of the lodge is covered with consecutive Handicap parking. In any of these rooms, you'll need a pretty good walk to the car.
Internet is available in certain sections as well but very slow.
Will try another place next time.

Friendly & helpful front desk staff. Stayed in non-smoking hotel room which was very clean. Very quiet environment. Breakfast was okay but limited selections. Breakfast room sufficient for early May travelers but would be too crowded at peak vacation times. Front desk staff did warn us this was the case and bring trays from our room so we could carry selections back to room. Restaurants and fast food within walking distance. Would recommend to other travelers and would stay again if in Grand Canyon area.

The hotel has too many rooms, thus too many guests to use the small pool and continental breakfast. The rate is too high for what you get. The smell in the hall corridor was very bad during the evening. The pool was very, very small. The room where the cont. breakfast was served was much too small and going through the line was a major jam up of people. The staff did the best they could, but to advertise the ammenities is a joke. Would not stay there again. Expected a lot more for our money.
