The hotel is just average but it is too pricey. They offer a water park and maybe that is why they feel they can charge as much as they do. The rooms are average and the free breakfast is what you think of when something is free, not that great. The hotel was overbooked and there wasn't enough room for those in their great room and in the pool area. The staff was quickly overwhelmed.

If you have very small children (under 2) or older children (older than 7), this hotel and water park may fit your needs. For those children who are still learning to swim and fit somewhere in-between, it was a disappointment. There is no real pool to swim in -- only a very shallow kiddie pool with a small slide, and the large water slides that children aren't allowed to use until they can swim independently without a flotation device. The large pool at the base is not for guest use, other than for those coming off of the water slide. The kids still had fun, but I wish we had known about all of the strict rules before booking. The pool staff was not terribly friendly, either. Otherwise, rooms were nice and clean and met our needs just fine.

Don't be fooled. This waterpark was a disappointment because it only consisits of two waterslides and a baby pool. There is no swimming pool! The staff was friendly, the room clean and well decorated. The breakfast was not too good. The fresh fruit was really jarred citrus mix (which my child doesn;t like) and the eggs looked like fake rubber. The coffee pot is stationed in the bathroom DISGUSTING! Needless to say that is a health hazard! We had no hot water which I did report and it was resolved. As long as you don't pay m ore than 100 for a room it could be worth it.
