Entering room first night, smelled musty, damp. Lamp by bed missing bulb. Asked front desk for bulb. They had to call next door to another hotel for a bulb. Promised to have it in room shortly. Returned four hours later, no bulb. New face at front desk says she will find a bulb for me. She did. Asked new face how to turn off fan in Heat/AC as was blowing directly on the bed. Finally had to unplug AC unit to turn off the fan as thermostat would not control it. Next morning was directed to walk to the hotel next door for the continental breakfast. Good thing it was not raining. Was gone all day Saturday with family. Returned at 9 pm, room had not been serviced: no clean towels, bed not made. Room key would not open side door near parking, had to walk around to front door to enter every time. Final straw, second night noticed there were red splotches on the curtains, looked by blood. At breakfast next door, found we could have stayed there for same price as Centerstone Suites.

This hotel is an excellent value. It offers as much as hotels that cost twice as much. The staff is friendly and helpful and the room was clean.
