We stayed four days at the MainStay in Casa Grande, AZ. Arrived with lots of bags and found that the front entrance is not designed to open with assistance...a regular manual door that bringing more than a bag into is a real struggle. Were assigned a second floor room and had to carry our bags up the stairs as there is no elevator! Our room had already been assigned and we were therefore assigned a room down the hall. Had a queen bed and a tin kitchen, which was fine, but the room was incredibly tiny. The safe is placed literally on the floor of the closet and made its use difficult, as had to get down on all fours to get to it. The worst concern, however, was the maid service, which was essentially non-existent. Had to ask the desk daily for coffee for the dispenser, for soap for the shower, for clean washclothes etc. Would consider this place to be fine only for single occupancy and someone with a sense of humor willing to do for themselves. Alice, the lady working the evening we arrived, was delightful, doing anything and everything she could do assist us to get settled. The infrastructure at this hotel seems disjointed and unorganized.

Nice beds, clean spacious rooms. Breakfast a bit sparse, no elevators to upper floors. Nice for now because its so new. Can't put my ffinger on it, but it looks like this property will not age well. Hallway carpeting is of a color that shows dirt easily.

This is a very nice motel but it should not come up with Phoenix. It is nearly a one hour drive out of Phoenix. The staff did not know how to guide us to the motel although we were in Cass Grande. But a very nice place. Would stay again if I am ever in the area and want to be far away from Phoenix.

Staff was great, Room was clean comfortable, will defintly stay again.
