We enjoyed our trip to Sierra Vista Holiday Inn Express very much! The staff was courteous, the rooms clean, and even enjoyed the extra fluffy pillows. The free hot breakfast the next morning included hot pancakes and fried bacon. What was exceptional was that this hotel does not have "hotel bedspreads" that the media has shared rarely get laundered and who knows what is on them--this hotel uses white duvet covers to insure sanitized bedding. Thank you Sierra Vista Holiday Inn Express! Though we didn't need it, they offerred us a 10% off at the IHOP in their parking lot. The location is also a half mile from The Mall in Sierra Vista. Other than a distance to a grocery store, this was a great find.

We stayed at this hotel while traveling on I-10 in Arizona. This is an excellent hotel, the interior decoration is superb. My wife and I really enjoyed the western decor. For a low priced hotel, the beds were very comfortable, the rooms quiet and very clean. The staff couldn't be better. This seems to be a farily new hotel, I didn't ask how long it had been open. The next time I am traveling in the area, I will go out of my way to stay here.
Easy on and off I-10, makes a very easy hotel to use. The dining options immediately around the hotel are not great, but that is not the hotels fault.

Overall, this hotel was excellent in every way; customer service was friendly and efficient, the room was noticably clean and had super comfy towels and bedding,and though sadly we didn't have the opportunity to use it, the fitness facility and pool looked inviting. The complimentary breakfast was excellent for what it is. The only drawback to staying at this hotel was the noise factor from adjoining rooms (thin walls) which was loud at times. The location was close to Ft. Huachuca and perhaps an excellent place to stay for day trips to neighboring towns. We stayed here again on our way back down to Sierra Vista based on our first night. Highly recommended!
