Superb hotel - Excellent service
Good location,1minute to Hoan Kiem Lake . Very nice and clean rooms, good views and reasonable value for money. Bed enormous and very comfortable - had really good 4 nights sleep.Bathroom great - superb clean (comes with a tub, i cant believe it!), The breakfast was great ! The cook was amazing and we loved the omelettes. Impressive, extremely comfortable, great service, lovely friendly and helpful staff . Excellent service. I enjoyed the service all the way through.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone, absolutely first class!!

Lovely hotel and staff
The location is excellent - in the Old Quarter and right next to Hoan Kiem Lake.The rooms are lovely - big, nicely done and very clean.Fantastic staff, very helpful.
I think this place will make the next Lonely Planey guide. It is extremely popular already through word of mouth alone - so book in advance to avoid dispointment.They have a web site, so look for it on the net.
Excellent value for money.

Friendly staff with new and very clean room
Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Spotlessly clean and new. Fantastic value for money, felt like we were staying in a 3 star hotel. Great range of services provided and tours we booked through the hotel were very good. Would highly recommend and hope to return one day.

A diappointment in the end
Staff were friendly and helpful - at first. However, the rooms are very noisy. Cleanliness was suspect. (request fresh linens). And beware of overbooking. You may be asked to move a different hotel. Not a very nice hotel. No compensation for your aggravation.

Nice room and staff.
What an amazing hotel ! Very clean, welcoming, free internet, nice people... I would definately recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Hanoi . I went to three other countries while on this trip and The Ritz Hotel was by far the best hotel i stayed in the whole time. Excellent ! and thank you !!

Great Hotel !
Great Hotel fun and friendly staff full of lots of information for your stay in Hanoi! Well run hotel with a great atmosphere and very knowledgeable staff .Would highly recommend !
