A Little Wilderness Paradise

I went to Cheechako Cabins for the first time in September, 2008, and discovered that it far surpassed my expectations. The website definitely doesn't do it justice. For someone who wants a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere I can't imagine any place better. Each cabin is like a mini 5 star hotel. I just returned from my third visit and plan on many more.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Been going here for years and have recommended it to many friends and family for just as long.
I quit going to Banff and Jasper because I find them way too expensive and little to no value for your money but you get all the same scenery and I think more wildlife viewing in Nordegg than in the parks.
Have taken tons of pictures over the years while in Nordegg and Cheechako Cabins is my home away from home.
The only down side is that they book up really fast and it can be hard to get in if you don't book months in advance. Its almost impossible if you try to book at the last minute.
I really have to start planning my trips further in advance.
