Fantastic stay!

Fantastic stay! Myself and my family of 05 persons traveled to Vietnam for 03 weeks and stayed here for total 03 nights, we were really enjoyable! The Hotel is very clean and had flat screen TV, mini bar, and other facilities as 03-4 stars hotel with two PC available in the lobby. Well, daily breakfast was not bad with Asian and Western food, and the staffs were very friendly and helpful. We booked the trip to Halong Bay with Ginger cruise for 02 days 01 night combined with Sapa by Livitrans train after checking and comparing with some other websites.Then, taking all Tom’s recommendation of transports, Hotel and Mekong Delta tour. Wow! Absolutely wonderful!
About the location, busy street in the old quarter and an easy by walking to Hoan Kiem Lake, Dong Xuan Market and Night market.
All in all, we had the best time in our trip to Vietnam, especially in Duc Thai Hotel, Hanoi. Thanks for a wonderful trip. We'll definitely be back!

The best Hotel in Hanoi

This hotel is the best.Mr Tom was so helpful especially when I got sick.He helped us find the best medical help I could get.For that I will be forever greatful. Mr Tom offered to move us to a quieter room so I could recover quicker.Breakfast was included in the price of the hotel which was a great help to us. He also arranged our trip to Halong bay with no trouble what so ever. Again Mr Tom thank you so much for all you and the rest of the staff did for us. We will be back

I chose the Duc Thai Hotel for 02 weeks at the first time working in Hanoi based on so many positive reviews from tripadvisor and other famous websites. I would like to post my feed back as below:
*) Good point:
• Good location ( Easy to walk around with so many traditional restaurants nearby and others actractive places...)
• Clean room
• Helpfull and friendly staffs
• Excellent services ( Wifi in the room, tea & coffee making facilities...)
• Elevator ( Good for me because I stay at 7th floor).
• Nice view ( overlooking down the busy street)
• Set menu breakfast ( 01 last week) was delicious.
*) Negative point:
• A bit noisy If you stay at front room ( I likeoverlooking the busy street every weekend with so many moto bikes that looks like a spider -net)
• Buffet breakfast ( the first weeks ) was not so many choices
• Small lobby.
*) Advices:
• If the businessman would like to choose the boutique Hotel in Hanoi, Duc Thai Hotel is the best choice.
• Strongly recommend to the travelers, especially with elderly.
• Offer the back side room If you would like to avoid the noise.
• Please email them for the pick up services and others concerns.

In summary, Duc Thai Hotel will be the best choice for my next time to Hanoi. Live up !!!
