"I found my survey card from last year and I thought I would send you an email since I never sent it in. We flew out of Pottstown, PA on 11/10/2012. This was our first flight and it was great! The team of Craig Kennedy, Laura Lianne and two other guys I wish I could remember their names. The team was great and made the experience so much fun. I will consider flying with US Hot Air balloons again. If this team came around again, I would fly with them any day."
