awful place, they stole our money

someone stole part of our money from the rooms. none could be but the owners because they only had the keys. the hostel doesn't even has a cleanliness staff, so the rooms are pretty dirty and you must clean by yourself. there isn't a reception and there istn't a kitchen. the service is awful, if you want towels you have to ask and if you want your towels or linen changed you must pay! the owner is very unkind, she only speaks catalan and she reproach you if you come back at home late in the night! the last day she woke up us in the morning to say we had to leave and she gave us very few time to prepare our lugguage. avoid it!
