I originally booked this room with an agent on the phone. They gave me a discount for their largest suite with 2 Queen beds and a pull out which was just perfect for my family of 6. We were in for a wedding that was just outside of Pincher Creek the following day so this was the best deal with the easiest access. They provide great customer service no matter who is at the desk. Very very friendly staff. They even were able to accommodate our later check out request which was absolutely superb.
Rooms were IMMACULATELY clean. I have worked as a housekeeper previously and my first instinct was to check the tub and toilet. These were up to standards adn the whole room exceeded my standards. I was impressed with the look and feel of the room as well as the cleanliness.
Breakfast was included in the fees and it was a beautiful area to eat, however, seating was limited. Guest Services allowed for our large family to take our food up to the room which was also very accommodating. We also used the pool that night which was very nice. Space was clean and there was staff that came and checked on guests and pool users to ensure all was well which I thought was wonderful.
My one and only minor complaint about this experience was that upon arrival, we had to wait 5-10 minutes to check in because the agent was outside. The only reason this was a little irritating is because we have 4 kids under 5 and we just really wanted to get to our room. Other than that, we found this hotel and its staff very friendly and wonderful. We would definetly stay again if ever in the area.

This is a very new hotel (opened in Dec. 07) and is very nice. We stayed in a suite, which was a good size for our family of 3, with TVs in both the living area and the bedroom. The entire hotel is non-smoking, which keeps it looking brand new and clean. It is also a remarkably quiet hotel - you couldn't hear any sounds from adjacent rooms, in the hallway, or from the fairly busy road that runs past the hotel. Great pool with a huge water slide that was enjoyed by both kids and adults at the pool. All of the staff we encountered - from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast attendant - were very friendly, personable, and nice. Breakfast was included, and it had a wide variety of choices including the very popular make-your-own Belgian waffle station. The hotel is about 30 minutes from Waterton National Park, making it an easy drive to visit this great park. There is a grocery store nearby, as well as two restaurants (one fast-food, one sit-down). The only complaint - and it's a small one - is that the business center charged $10/hour for internet use (except for access to the AirCanada website, which was free). It would have been nice to be able to check email or area information, but not worth $10/hour.
