Great stay with clean comfortable beds and nice lay out to the room for a family of 5

There's lots of choice in a city like Denver and likely some cheaper places to stay. Ultimately, we went with the Springhill Suites because you know what you're getting: a clean, reasonably well-appointed room and friendly, helpful staff. The only downside, as noted in other reviews, is an exceptionally small pool. But, as we were the only people in it during our stay, it didn't end up being that much of a problem.

The room was nice. The pool was TINY. The staff was terrible. Had a problem where there was a loud party going on in the room next door at 3a so I attempted to call the front desk for some assistance in dealing with them Nobody answered the phone. I even used my cell phone and dialed outside the hotel and again no answer. Finally I went down to the front desk and there were some staff just sitting around chatting ... apparently not capable of answering the phone. They couldn't be bothered to go up and speak with the guests but did call. About 30 minutes later the party ended. The next morning I attempted to speak with somebody about why nobody was answering phones in the middle of the night but the desk clerk was on the phone She told me she was ""busy"" and I'd have to wait. I don't think so. I do not recommend!
