Hotel was high priced for the time of year (off-season). Place was dead--hardly anyone staying there. Room was smallish. Bed and pillows were hard making it hard to get comfortable. We went to the hotel bar (Harry Lemons) for dinner. Food was terrible! Kraft macaroni and cheese, instant mashed potatoes, jar gravy, tasteles chicken. Would not recommend eating there to anyone. Overall disappointed in what I thought would be a very nice venue, but was in need of an upgrade. Will never stay there again.

We are native Coloradoans and frequently travel to high-country resorts and hotels for stays of 2 days to 2 weeks. This was the worst property we have encountered in the state, and at the price we were charged, we were expecting a much higher level of comfort. The property is quite run-down; this was visible immediately as the building and grounds looked shabby and in poor repair. The entrance lobby was welcoming enough not to discourage check-in, but on entering the building where our unit would be, we found dirty carpeting, "security" doors that were hanging open and a very stale, dirty smell. Our room was, as promised a studio, but it was poorly furnished with a dresser that was about to fall apart, a cable box that was jury rigged in such a way that the box and cords spanned the fireplace enclosure, rendering the fireplace unusable, dirty carpeting, skimpy bedding on the pull out and Murphy bed and minimal kitchen equipment/dishes. Overall, the place had the look, feel and smell of Grandma's spare room in the basement. The pool and other property "amenities" were equally run down, broken and/or dirty. The only good thing was the restaurant Harry Lemon's which we enjoyed very much. At less money, we enjoyed a luxurious suite at the Steamboat Grand three weeks ago and didn't want to leave. At The Inn at Silvercreek, my kids didn't want to stay any extra time this morning, not even for the promise of a swim. Yuck!!!! The management has a lot of nerve to class itself with the best of Colorado's hotels!
Good hotel for the money - clean and well maintained, friendly staff at front desk. good restaurant for dinner; slow service but they were busy. wish they were open for breakfast!

Great location - right near Sol Vista ski area.
Pool goes from inside to outside, all heated. Pool could have been warmer for adults; the kids loved it. We would stay here again, for sure.

My husband and I stayed at the Inn for our 25th anniversary. We met in school in Denver and wanted to catch up with some old friends in and around the city, Grand Lake, and Granby. The Inn is an hour and 20 min or so from the city and 10 min from the lake. It is a beautiful setting and going there is like being time-warped. Very removed, peaceful. It would have been fun to have the kids with us too - the pool at the Inn was great, and there was plenty of things to do on the resort with the tennis courts and racketball.. The Crooked Creek Saloon in Granby was a riot. I would visit the Inn at SilverCreek again, for a getaway or with the kids. Seems as though there was something for everyone.

We stayed at the Inn over my Birthday in September. Excellent time had by all. The condo was well appointed, clean and the Inn staff friendly and efficient. Horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking and hot sulphur springs were a few of the highlights. I will visit again this Winter for the skiing!
