Seems to be a new property. Very well kept; very clean and smells good. Nice little kitchen area.
No A/C. My stay was in July so the room really heats up even though it's not that hot outside. The evenings cool off really nicely so one would think the windows open would be great. I really doesn't get cool enough to sleep comfortably, even using the window fan provided. The freeway outside the studio units is very loud. It was very difficult to sleep between the heat and the freeway noise.
I will most likely be returning to Winter Park. I will not stay here during summer months again.
