Tybee Island is beautiful and the area getting to the Island is very pretty. Our condo was really pretty, but it could have been cleaner. It appeared they were trying to paint "inbetween guests". We did have a beautiful Ocean Front view, right on the beach and dunes. I didn't care for the pool set up. It was a shared pool, however, the Bar and Restaurant "Marlin Momoes" had a pool side bar. This was good and bad. Bad because we were told we could not bring a cooler to the pool (and we just had bottled water and soda), but was nice to have a Marguarita if you wanted one. A little pricey, though for a drink. The staff was "doing their job" friendly, nothing to rave about. When we CHECKED IN we got our DEPARTURE LIST OF RULES. Now, I would not have minded paying $* housekeeping fee, but we were told on the list before we left to take the linens off the bed and put in the floor, same with the towels, load the dishwasher and start it before we left. I bet the person who cleaned didn't get $*, probably minimum wage, and we did some of the WORK. Would I recommened someone stay? Yes, because of the location. Caution, be sure you confirm you are ON THE BEACH. One guest told us she booked "ocean view" and the was the condos are cramped together, she was not on the beach...she had to look sideways to "view" the ocean. I would give it 3 out of 5 stars.....
