This hotel looked nice from the lobby, and the staff was friendly enough, but the beds were uncomfortable (saggy in the middle), the showers produced luke-warm water at best (a problem they did resolve for the second night of our stay), the room heater was very loud (kept waking us up all night), and the treadmill in the workout room would not incline. It just seemed like, for the money, there were a lot of problems and things in disrepair.
Stayed here for a family 100th birthday in town. everyone had a nice, comfortable room and staff was very friendly. i would recommend staying at this hotel.

We were in Sioux City for a funeral service for a family member. Have such great amenities, along with an exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, made all the difference. The rooms were well-appointed.
We especially liked the made-to-order breakfasts at buffet prices. Good food, good price, excellent service, and abundantly convenient!
