This hotel is loaded with a lot of homeless occupants. They make the hotel feel like a Pine Street shelter. The hotel is poorly cleaned and there seem to be a lot of welfare mothers strolling around the premises with a lot of unruly kids. The service staff are rude and generally not very hospitable.

Don't be fooled by the pictures! This hotel smelled, was not clean, the staff was rude, and it was NOT conveniently located to Boston. Stay away from here at all costs. I will say after being so appalled, I couldnt stop laughing at how ridiculous this place was. So, yeah, if you want a good laugh, go ahead and stay here.

This place had a hard working staff and was very comfortable for my weekend trip to visit family in Bedford. The pool was really nice and the kids loved it. We didn't need anything fancy and this place was definitely no frills, but there was a nice breakfast, clean, big rooms and the staff was really trying to make our stay as good as they could.
It seemed family run. A really nice environment.

From the outside the Bedford Plaza looks like a prison - inside the hotel resembles a resort-type property - three floors surrounding the indoor pool. The problem is this building was built a loooong time ago, and has never had a major re-model. I had to change the original room they gave me because the base board radiator would "hum" loudly at random times. This hotel is evidently being used for section 8 housing, as evidenced by the fact there were a large number of small children running around the hotel and acting like, well small children. these same kids cleaned out the breakfast buffet by 8 a.m., so I had an egg-less breakfast.
