One of the best hotels I've stayed in this past year. Have recommended Courtyard Marriott to all of friends and will continued to do so....great hotel.

Excellant service from the staff. Breakfast staff deserve a raise as they were a pleasure to be around and very caring.

Our room and the rest of the hotl seemed to be very clean. It has an updated look. That being said the pool and hot tub had so much chlorine in it that it made your eyes burn, we could not even stay in it for 10 minutes. We had two free breakfasts each day with our stay and had the e-mail and coupon to prove it, they still tried to charge us for them. We ask for a roll away to be reserved and in our room, niether was done, and we had to wait for four hours for them to finally bring it to us. This is after they told us they would get to it ,"whenever". When we checked in were the first ones in line and they stayed on the phone for about five minutes when we checked out we wanted a statement showing a zero balance and zero charge since you do have to give them your credit card and they did not want to do that, something that I still do not understand.

Overall fine experience; will defintely return to this hotel on my next trip to Sioux Falls. It was great to finally see well-lit hallways!
