    The hotel is very accessible from the highway- virtually no fighting with traffic to get in. The hotel was very clean and new, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was delicious, and there was no waiting to check in. They know how to make a family of six feel welcome! (Parents with multiple children, you know that this is not a given!) We will keep the comfort inn suites in mind the next time we come to Pigeon Forge!

    We only stayed here one night because we were passing through but I would highly recommend this hotel. Everyone was friendly and the hotel staff was helpful. The rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished.
