I stayed at this hotel for the past two weeks. Last Monday I purchased three stamps from the Reception desk and was directed to place them in a mail box beside the desk. My cards never reached their intended destination. Unfortunately, they were Mothers Day Cards. I also had to wait 40 minutes for a room to be ready when I arrived at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon. It was total chaos and no one seemed to know what was going on. I was ready to leave and go to another hotel when they finally found a room for me. The parking lot was not even 1/3 full at the time. I am a Marriott Platinum Member and I am rethinking my loyalty to Marriott.

I recently stayed at this courtyard on June 10, 2009. I was certainly well pleased with the cleanliness and the upscale decor at this location. The decor certainly sets this hotel apart from others. I had an early arrival of 1pm. However, my room was not ready. But it does state in hotel policy early check in is not a guarantee. This hotel surrounds several restaurants (Applebee's, Fridays, Cheddars, and etc) and also is a minutes just from the mall. This hotel is certainly a great location for business or pleasure.
