From the moment you walk in the door, you feel welcome. The staff at the reception desk make every effort to ensure that your booking and billing are correct. You are greeted upon arrival and every morning as you enter the restaurant or exit the hotel. The rooms are clean and well-organized. The restaurant is clean, the staff friendly and knowledgeable and the food selections excellent and well-prepared. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone and will look forward to returning there sometime in the future.

I stay at Hilton family hotels by choice. This new offer in Bridgeport, WV caught my eye in construction. I liked the cozy lobby with fireplace, the small bar with TV, and the business center even offers printing from your room! The whirlpool was down, which was disappointing, and they charge for breakfast, although it does include a chef for cutom orders. I didn't sleep well - the bed was firmer than I like, and the ventilation was noisy. It's a tight build, because I didn't hear the familiar slamming of doors at all hours. Overall, a nice combination of Hampton convenience with Hilton luxury.
