    The staff did a great job of taking care of every aspect of our trip. The cafe staff was extremely attentive to diners' needs. The front desk helped us find an alternative room, late at night, due to my error in booking to a smoking room. Saved our weekend!

    Only negative was cold food on the hot island breakfast bar, i dont think the unit was turned on. but the omlet station made up for all, it was great!!!

    We stayed here on a home football weekend. The staff was unprepared for such a bid crowd and the rooms were not ready until late in the afternoon. People were camped all over the lobby with their luggage. They opened the free bar and buffet early to accommodate the crowd. Hopefully the lesson was learned because it is a very nice hotel
