Ripped off BADLY

I would never stay here again. The staff seem "nice" at first and then pounce on you to buy ha long bay cruise etc etc. We had arrived in the morning (we were really tired from flight) and didnt even have time to check all the costs of things and how much we should be paying. We couldnt even go up to our room before he sold us an open bus ticket (to get from hanoi to Ho Chi Minh) for more than DOUBLE what everyone else had paid on the trip down from Hanoi to Hue. He was very pushy with money and even followed us to the atm tto get cash out. Wouuld not reccommend this hotel. The rooms were ok. But service was terrible.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days, they never told me upon checking in that the room rate has 10% more for tax, the staffa re not friendly and they only wanted to get some money from you, they would always ask the guest for halong bay tour which is a rip off i think, they are not so hlepful, one time i asked the staff for a direction , he told me like instead of paying the motorbike driver why dont you pay and i can give u the direction. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. The room is not bad though but for the service is way too bad.
