Nice hotel that I have ever stayed

The staff is very kind, professional and care about clients. There are a lot of staff which reinforce the good feeling about the hotel.

The staff are extremely helpful and very well trained. They were so friendly we forgot we were in Hanoi. The bed was comfortable and we loved the 24 hours reception. The room was very clean and we really loved the Hotel location. We had a great view to the street and the Tours. We felt it was a great place to stay. We would definately go back!
